The following activities can be enjoyed at North Ferriby Village Hall:

Weekly Activities:

  • Monday – Toddlersense with Heather

  • Tuesday – Short Mat Bowling Club (Social and League Bowling) 10am-12noon – Fee £2.  Everyone welcome; spare bowls are available for those who wish to try it out.  Contact: Frank Knight on 01482 633690 – Email

  • Tuesday – Zumba With Nikki G every Tuesday 6.30pm £5 per hour. Please contact me on 07825718672 to book your place. Music from around the world, Salsa, Bollywood, Charleston, Pop, Merengue, the list is endless. Easy to follow, fun routines, all welcome.
  • Wednesday – Grin & Tonic 1:30pm – come and try something new – table top games, gentle activities, bowling, curling, table tennis, seated aerobics etc. plus refreshments and a natter.  £2.50 per session.  Contact:  Judie Somerville-Jacklin on 01482 631431 – Email

Monthly Activities:

  • North Ferriby Flower Club– Meetings are held every 2nd Thursday of the month (except August) at 7.30 pm.New Members and guests are warmly welcomed. The Annual Subscription is £45 to include floral demonstrations and the occasional garden visits, talks, workshops and social events. Wine can be purchased and refreshments are included in the subscription. Guests are encouraged and pay £5 entrance fee but not including Open Meetings when the ticket price must be paid.   • The Wednesday Club  (Formerly Ferriby Ladies Group) We are a very friendly, sociable village club meeting on alternative Wednesday evenings.Our programme is extremely varied, with invited expert speakers on many interesting and informative topics. These include: local history and culture; arts and crafts demonstrations; quizzes; intrepid adventurers’ presentations; environmental concerns; health and social issues; and the work of charities etc. There are also visits to the theatre, guided walks, amazing gardens, and recommended restaurants etc.We also have a valuable social time at the end of the evening to chat and enjoy refreshments.   • North Ferriby-Le Pellerin Twinning AssociationNorth Ferriby is twinned with Le Pellerin, a similar sized village on the Loire, near Nantes in western France.We arrange visits in alternate years for our French friends to come to North Ferriby and for us to visit Le Pellerin and enjoy friendship and hospitality.We also arrange a programme of social events here in North Ferriby throughout the year.
