UK Shared Prosperity Fund – UKSPF
We are pleased to acknowledge that we have received funding from UKSPF. One project has been completed:
- Essential upgrade to stage lighting, curtains and stage infrastructure.
A feasibility study has also been conducted and report published that defines future project options focused on:
- Ensuring North Ferriby Village Hall is fit for the purpose of serving the village for the forthcoming fifty years and achieving the aim for zero carbon by the year 2032

Co-op Local Community Fund
We were awarded £1,413 by this fund in November 2023 and have installed an audio induction loop in the Main Hall. This will allow our live music, microphone speech and cinema events to be more enjoyable for audience members using hearing aids.
We would like to thank North Ferriby Co-op and the Co-op local members for their generosity and support.
Fundraising
The Hall has an established fundraising programme to support its operating and maintenance costs and to allow for refurbishment and modernisation of the one hundred year old buildings. Our aim is create a vibrant community centre that can truly claim to be the beating heart of our village
There are three main strands to this programme:
Events – such as feature films, concerts, craft fairs and markets, dinner dances, dramatic performances, live music gigs, race nights and quizzes.
Easyfundraising – A simple way to help the Hall, at no cost to you, when you shop on-line.
100Club – for £60 a year (half of which goes to the Refurbishment Fund) you have three chances to win each month.
