In a gritty and alternate 1985 the glory days of costumed vigilantes have been brought to a close by a government crackdown, but after one of the masked veterans is brutally murdered an investigation into the killer is initiated. The reunited former heroes set out to prevent their own destruction, but in doing so discover a deeper and far more diabolical plot.
Watchmen is widely regarded as the greatest comic novel of all time, written by British author Alan Moore. You don’t have to be a comic book or superhero addict to appreciate this dark and intricate mystery drama. Set you preconceptions aside and immerse yourself in one of the classic films of our time.
