|8 SAIL: ACES HIGH||4.8%||A traditional English Pale Ale. An easy drinking session beer hopped with Bramling Cross.|
|GENE POOL: D.N. ALE *||4.5%||Dry and fruity with a trusty malt backbone. Sure to suit every generation.|
|NEWBY WYKE: HMS WARRIOR||5.0%||Golden single hopped ale, in your face citrus aroma, full of fruit flavour.|
|ELLAND: LIVE AND LET *RYE||5.0%||Combination of English and German malts giving a flavoursome golden ale. Generously hopped for a citrus aroma to compliment the dry mouthfeel produced by the Rye malt.|
|ELLAND: FIRST LIGHT||3.8%||A light Yorkshire Ale with delicate hop flavours balanced by underlying malt sweetness. An excellent example of a Pennine light mild.|
|WADWORTH: IPA||3.6%||a light bronze ale with delicate malt aromas it is an easy drinking session ale with cereal notes and a lingering finish; just perfect.|
|MARSTONS: EPA *||3.6%||A light, golden beer bursting with a fruity hop aroma and a refreshing zesty, citrus finish|
|DARK STAR: HOPHEAD||3.8%||An extremely clean-drinking pale golden ale with a strong floral aroma and elderflower notes from the Cascade hops. This beer is full-bodied and full-flavoured yet gentle enough to make it a favourite session beer.|
|TINY REBEL: STAY PUFT *||5.2%||This marshmallow porter has the classic roasty qualities of a proper dark ale, whilst the marshmallow gives it a smooth sweetness, both combining for a delightful, S’mores-like ale. A sweet treat for the cold winter nights.|
|SALOPIAN: LEMON DREAM *||4.5%||A shimmering golden ale that is brewed using organic lemons which adds beautifully subtle zesty aromas and a citrus filled fruity finish.|
|CAMERONS MOTORHEAD ROAD CREW||4.5%||Named for a Motorhead song, Röad Crew, is based on an American style session pale ale and is golden in colour and has a hoppy citrus and blackcurrant flavour and satisfying bitter finish.|
|ADNAMS DRY HOPPED LAGER||4.2%||Brewed with Pilsner malt, dry hopped with Australian Galaxy, and finally cold conditioned; a gold medal winner at 2014 International Beer Challenge and the SIBA National Keg Beer Competition 2015|
|SNAILS BANK: RHUBARB *||4.0%||A real apple cider infused with tart Rhubarb and blended with vanilla for a smooth session cider. Pours clear and golden yellow. Small white head. Aroma is vanilla and rhubarb. Sweet, vanilla and slight rhubarb. Sweet and lingering sweet finish.|
|ONCE UPON A TREE: CROOKED BRANCH||5.0%||A dry deep and golden with a crisp finish. Aromas of ripe toffee apples and a hint of cut grass. Gentle sweetness and a refreshing green apple tang to finish.|
|PORTOBELLO ROAD GIN||On the palate Portobello Road Gin has a generous slug of juniper and a sustained, fresh citrus character from the use of lemon, bitter orange and coriander, which then develops into a sweet peppery finish, achieved by the use of liquorice and nutmeg|
|AVIATION GIN||Completely unique and truly different style of gin; with rich floral and savoury notes of lavender cardamom and sarsaparilla capturing the lushness spice creativity and freshness exhibited in the Pacific Northwest.
Made with a ‘Botanical Democracy’! Rather than the usual ‘dictatorial’ influence of Juniper each botanical used in Aviation Gin has an influence in the overall flavour of the spirit- giving a beautiful balance and creating a new style which is known as New Western Dry Gin.
|MONKEY 47 *||Monkey 47 is a super-premium gin composed of only the freshest, handpicked ingredients; the name ‘Monkey 47’ is in memory of Commander Collins and his monkey, Max, as well as in reference to the 47 predominantly unusual but regional botanicals (such as lingonberries!) that Monkey 47 is distilled from.|
|BLOOM LONDON GIN||A light delicate and floral gin with a totally unique slightly sweet taste created by a bespoke blend of 3 botanicals: honeysuckle chamomile and pomelo.|
|HENDRICKS GIN||Flavoured with flowers, roots, fruits and seeds which complements the two main infusions of Bulgarian Rosa Damascena rose petal and specially selected cucumbers.
It was awarded Silver medal by International Wine and Spirit Competition (2010)
|BOMBAY SAPPHIRE||Fresh citrus and juniper flavours combined with an elegant light spicy finish. A unique blend of Mediterranean lemon peel, juniper berries, almonds and orris, balanced by a heady mix of coriander, liquorice, angelica and cassia bark and spiced with cubeb berries and grains of paradise|
|WARNER EDWARDS: VICTORIA RHUBARB *||Named after Queen Victoria rhubarb, a type formerly grown at Buckingham Palace and still cultivated on a royal estate today. This gin has a wonderful fragrance with a sweet and crisp rhubarb flavour. The texture is creamy and the gin is soft and smooth enough to be drunk neat.|
|MASONS: YORKSHIRE TEA GIN||Hand distilled in a small copper still named Steve on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales in the market town of Bedale. Flavoured with Yorkshire Tea and distilled juniper, coriander, almond oil, bay leaf, schezhuan pepper, fennel, cardamom, lemon zest, lime zest, orange zest|
